Elyse leads a team responsible for the location, expansion, and retention of companies in Georgia. Working closely with Georgia Power’s research, engineering, workforce development, and marketing teams, Elyse and her team are able to ensure Georgia businesses and communities have what they need to be successful.
Tamara is currently the Community Manager for Northwest Georgia. Her prior experience working in local government, stateside economic development, and chambers provides her the skills required to navigate new and expanding business services and community development.
Jason serves in the Coastal Region as Georgia Power’s Community Development Manager. His nearly 20-year career with Georgia Power spans customer service to engineering equipping him with an understanding of new and expanding businesses energy needs.
Mickey is the Community Development Manager for Central Georgia. Mickey is a native to Laurens County, Georgia and previously supported our workforce and education development initiatives. In the Energy industry, he has earned certifications as a Certified Energy Manager and Residential Energy Auditor from the Association of Energy Engineers.
Matthew is the Community Development Manager for Georgia's East region. Matt helps communities design and launched leadership development programs, business retention and expansion programs, and strategic economic development plans. Additionally, he leads a team of community development managers.
Jim is the Community Development Manager for Georgia's West region. He is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council and supports new and expanding businesses and community development.
Brooke is the Community Manager for the Metro North region. Brooke's deep passion for advocating and supporting our state’s workforce efforts drives her work in leadership development, strategic planning, job creation strategies, and assisting companies location and expand in Georgia.
Scott is the Community Development Manager for Georgia's South region. His passion for leadership and rural growth can be seen in programs like Cultivating Rural Entrepreneurs and Transforming Economies (CREATE) or his involvement in the Georgia Academy for Economic Development.
Andrew is the Community Manager for Northeast Georgia. His prior experience working in local economic development provides him the skills required to navigate new and expanding business services and community development.
Shar’ron serves as the Community Development Manager, Metro South region and the City of Atlanta. Over the course of her 23 years with Georgia Power Company, she has been exposed to numerous aspects of the electric utility industry to include marketing and sales, transmission and distribution system design, construction, maintenance, and planning.
