Madelyn Bearn joined the research team as Research Manager in 2026.
In this role, she leads the team responsible for delivering a wide variety of data used by businesses recruitment directors to communities.
Madelyn brings more than a decade of research and experience leading teams in research and analytics in her roles at Costar Group, The Atlanta BeltLine Inc, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
Madelyn holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and brings a collaborative, data-driven approach to market intelligence, leadership, and urban growth strategies.
Outside of work, Madelyn enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and cheering on the Atlanta Dream. Most of all, she values spending quality time with her family and staying connected to the Atlanta community she proudly calls home.
