Joe brings invaluable civil engineering leadership and subject matter expertise to the Strategic Solutions Engineering Team. He is passionate about driving our team's services forward and fostering growth by serving new business prospects, supporting existing customers, and collaborating with partners and communities across Georgia.
As a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia, Joe has a proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects. Before joining our team, he was a Project Manager with the engineering firm NV5, where he made a significant impact in the Roadway Design Group. His responsibilities included:
- Roadway alignment and design
- Drainage systems
- Wall and driveway design
Through this work, Joe has already played a key role in serving and improving communities throughout the state.
Joe is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and a Minor in History in May 2016, he subsequently attended Geogia Institute of Technology receiving a Master of Civil Engineering in May 2018. Joe is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia since 2023.
Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is deeply committed to civic duty and community service. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and continues this commitment today by volunteering as an Assistant Poll Manager for the Fulton County Department of Elections, helping to ensure the democratic process runs smoothly for his neighbors.
