Isabel Rogers

GIS Analyst

Isabel Rogers joined the engineering team as a GIS Analyst in 2026.

In this role, she brings over five years of GIS experience.

Prior to joining Georgia Power, Isabel most recently served as a GIS professional at construction engineering firm Dewberry, where her experience primarily focused on water resources, flood risk mapping, and mitigation.  As part of that work, Isabel recently co-chaired a conference for the Georgia Association of Floodplain Management with goals of promoting sound policies to prevent flood damage and to protect lives. 

Isabel is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, where she received a degree in Geography with an emphasis in Geographic Information Systems in 2021.  Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Isabel is a Certified Floodplain Manager. 

Isabel is passionate about creating data that is not only accurate, but also accessible, helping support informed decisions.  Outside of work, she can be found hanging out with her dog Green Bean, listening to and making music, and playing pickleball.
