How do I submit a property?
If you’d like to feature your building or land in the Site Selector, getting started is straightforward. To ensure that we have the most accurate and reliable data, we utilize two subscriptions, CoStar and REsimplifi. We also review site (land) submissions before promotion.
- For buildings within the Metro Atlanta region, our listings are updated weekly through our CoStar data feed. If your industrial or office building is listed in CoStar, has at least 10,000 square feet available, and is in Metro Atlanta, it will automatically appear in our database—no extra steps needed.
- Buildings outside Metro Atlanta—specifically industrial and office buildings with at least 10,000 square feet available—need to be submitted through Resimplifi.
- All sites (land) across Georgia should be submitted through Resimplifi for inclusion on the Site Selector.
To submit your eligible property or learn more about the process, simply visit our Georgia-partners submission page. Our team is here to help ensure your site is seen by businesses searching for new opportunities across Georgia.
